South County Microspa sends SMS text messages to clients who have opted in to receive communications from us. Messages are used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Appointment reminders — confirmations and reminders for upcoming scheduled visits
• Event reminders — notifications about upcoming in-spa events, classes, or special programming

We do not use SMS messaging for promotional marketing or sales solicitation.

Consent

You have expressly consented to receive SMS text messages from South County Microspa by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive communications at the time of booking or account creation. Consent is not a condition of receiving any service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and upcoming events. You will typically receive one message per scheduled appointment and one per registered event.

Rates & Carrier Information

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. South County Microspa is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier related to receiving SMS messages.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS communications will be sent to your number.
